Remember a few weeks ago when I asked you all for pictures of your adorable dogs wearing clothes? Well, I got a whole lot of responses and after working on the design for several weeks it is finally just about ready to be sent to the printer for proofing. I’ll be figuring out the right scale for the design and making sure the colors are just right so it may take several more weeks until I can show you the final product, but here’s a tiny snippet of the design. This piece features some pups you might recognize — Jellybean and Kiwi — belonging to Dana Williams who you might know from social media and the Yards of Happiness column on Modern Daily Knitting. I have lost count of how many dogs ended up in the design — more than 30, less than 40 in the final version — but I can say that one cat made it in and I can’t wait to show you the final result. Thank you to everyone who sent me pictures of their dogs, their friends’ dogs, dogs they walk, and that one sly kitty.

This design won’t be part of my collection for Premiere Vision in 2026 so you will get to see the finished design on some products. There will definitely be project bags.
